Kogarah RSL
In his capacity as Founder, Managing Director and Shareholder of Capital Bluestone, Ben Fairfax led the redevelopment of the Kogarah RSL. This project delivered a new integrated RSL Club, Wesley Mission training facilities and 220 apartments. The development created a new benchmark for future development on Railway Parade and is now the gateway to Kogarah Town Centre, leading the way in the planned revitalisation of the precinct. The team successfully navigated the planning process, delivering significant height and floor space increases to the site. This transformational work assisted the Club to preserve and enhance its important role in the local community.
