Barangaroo

In his capacity leading the residential development team on the ‘One Sydney Harbour’ project at Barangaroo South, Adam Lucas oversaw the development of this iconic project as an employee of Lendlease. The three towers were designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano presented a highly recognisable and sophisticated design which is demanded on such an important site.

Adam led the project through design development, planning approvals, record-setting sales campaign and construction delivery. The project broke sales records with the sale of the Penthouse at over $140m, the first time an apartment (rather than a house) has held the record as the most valuable residential dwelling in Australia.
