OUR STORY
Founders Ben Fairfax and Adam Lucas recognised the opportunity to establish Formus Property as a business that could provide a genuinely transparent joint venture model to work with multiple landowners.
Clients include a mix of organsations in the ‘For Purpose’ space including clubs, churches and charities; as well as institutional and private sector business.
A critical driver for Formus is ensuring long-term financial sustainability which is achieved by allowing the organisation to continue to play an ongoing, often vital role in the community.
In each scenario, Formus ensures clients are able to maintain ownership of their existing property assets, while transforming them for highest and best use.
